In order to guarantee, that the client can ensure the high requirements for data security and privacy are met, an AI infrastructure had to be created. This was archieved in close collaboration with the client IT.

After that, small test groups were created in the organization, so that first use cases could be evaluated, new ones were developed.

The group worked closely with the team. While knowledge and expertise grew in the test groups, the tech team made sure that the backbone became stable enough to handle a sufficient number of users at the same time.

After the launch, the development of more advanced functions was started. The client is now growing the knowledge continously.
